In this post, I explain why working out with stones and other natural objects is beneficial. I share a video of one of my workouts using stones (embedded at the bottom of the post) and I also share some tips that might help you incorporate stones into your workouts.
The wonderful thing about natural movement is that, in general, very little equipment is required. However, we don't all have access to the natural world as much as necessary to meet all of our movement needs. If you are practicing natural movement for health and fitness, it is useful to have a few items at home to facilitate these movements.
Using these five objects in your weightlifting program will add a whole new dimension to your natural movement practice.
